Good morning all! I look at this day as a challenge for me. This is my sixth remote this month, on top of a huge radiothon. Exhaustion has set in, so has some minor burnout from doing remotes. This morning’s rune pull was the universe telling me that despite my fatigue, being more mindful is critical. When you’re tired, you’re harder on yourself, old habits start to reappear. Today is not the day to undo all this hard work we have been putting in to change ourselves.

This is how I feel at work. I just want a break, everything seems to be falling on me, and I just want a damn break. Yes, I want to snap. But we also know that something isn’t working right now, and it’s time to change that. We will look into this when I have more energy. The bottom line here is that I really just want a breather. That’s why I have to leave my job, it either starves me to death or runs me ragged. Either way, it’s not healthy.
