We don't recognize the language, because it's gibberish. The third time it's played, we hear a doctor discussing dosage. This time, it's in clear English. It's enough for us to come out of the asylum and research the history.

We find out this is where LSD experiments were taking place by the United States government. We read about the cruelty of the doses, and what it did to the patients. It was never a voice we heard, just wounds from old experiments.

Digging deeper, we see names like MK-Ultra, Project Artichoke, and other Cold War experiments were being conducted here. My god, when we got to the third layer, I was bawling. They were creating Manchurian Candidates in this very hospital. They would torture many of the patients until they were ready to kill whomever was required. What kind of sick sons of bitches were these people?

The frustrating part is that none of them will rest in peace, because justice will never be served.
